Stepping out of the library I see a hall with multiple doors, all different colors. A green door that was open. Next to it was a white door then across from the green door is a red door and finally across from the white door is a yellow one. There was also still room in the hallway for more doors.

Recently, Tobias had managed to permanently create his mainstay equipment for the future, the duel disk. The reason it had taken so long was because of all the "enchantments" that it had which allowed it to switch from a bracelet to a duel disk, instantly, while also having infinite storage for his cards, mind-link that let him know how many and what cards he had stored, create new ones without physically grabbing them, launch and/or use the cards right on the disk, and a slight stamina reduction and regeneration increase.

why not create a card that generates blank cards or a card the summons on of the yu-gi-oh wrist holders(idk the name) that can generate blank cards and store transformed cards. Also instead of random selection he can will cards out as long as he know which one there is and or will all of the transformed cards out to sort/check what he has

Not only was he training his quirk, but he had also convinced his parents to let him join a local dojo to start training both his stamina as well as training in weapons. He had realized that if he ever ran out of cards, he was pretty much a sitting duck. So, he decided it would be the smart choice to also train in a weapon that would be a backup.
