I would say that mahoraga has one of the best adaptation power out there seeing as it's esoteric in nature, he adapts to both the attacks and defenses of others along with anything else like seals and regeneration or immortality. doomsday on the hand has a purely physical adaptation and even then he only really adapts to things that hurt him and it doesn't make him immune, just very resistant.
He would one day be able to call on Mahoraga, The Divine General. While his adaptation wasn't the best, it was still a treasured ability, as Doomsday was dangerous because of it.
