I think Cyrus should have played on Dumbledore's belief on second chances rather than tell him that he was a reincarnater. The best that I can do to justify this argument is to say that being in the diary for 50 years provided an eye-opening experience. Dumbledore probably would be willing to grant Tom a second chance, granted that he would be scrutinize by Dumbledore for every waking moment but it could theorically work.
Now, Dumbledore looks confused.

I vote for this option. Specifically Ginny and Hermione.
If he resurrected from the philosopher's stone, it's best to say that he will have a nonaging body as his new body will be made from alchemy like the homunculus in Full Metal Alchemist. So Hermione and Ginny are also on the table as I can make him single without aging till the fmls becomes adults, like how we don't feel grossed out reading a 115 y/o vampire with a 21 y/o girl.
