I instantly got Breath of the Wild vibes.
Gawain stood before the sphere. From a rough estimate, its diameter was about 1.5 meters. Its shape could be considerably well-defined, not taking into account the coarse and uneven surface; this could almost be a standard sphere. While its material seemed to be rock, under the shine of the Illumination spell, it also showed hints of a metal-like texture.

Sally waits in an ally near the church, and I look towards the building. There are guards at the doors and patrolling the outside in three groups. The actual guard count is low, and that will be easy to avoid. I see a gap in the patrolling guards after a few minutes, and I jump onto the roof of the church. It's one of the biggest buildings in the city, and the bell tower is at the top. I quickly leap from edge to edge all the way to my destination. I make it to the bell, and the rope attached to it leads right down into a set of offices for some officials. I jump down since and grab the rope to slow down right before I hit the ground. I don't make any noise on impact.

I'm not one of those men, I couldn't care any less than I do now about them. If I wanted to hang out with a gamer girl in game I would, I will not stoop to the level of worshipping them. I believe men should be more sophisticated than that. "You are one of the meanest people I have ever met! Why would you treat a beautiful young woman like that! Did your mother not teach you how to treat a woman!" This noisy girl is getting on my nerves, I just sigh and ignore her again. That seems to make her mad even more, I guess she is one of those that want a reaction.

Driving fast... in L.A.... in the middle of the day... Well, it's the future I guess. Maybe traffic is a thing of the past.
Mom and dad easily paid for all of our new cars and it came out to a total cost of about 5.4 million UWD's. A drop in the bucket as they say. Dad gave Hailey and I the GPS coordinates to the new house and I was the first one to leave the lot and test out my first car on the long highways of LA. I spent the few hours I had going fast and having fun. I go to the coordinates for our new home and its a true masterpiece of design and innovation. Probably more than 20 bedrooms and an equal number of baths. I pull into the garage of our massive new property, and take a tour of our new home. Mom shows me to my room and I notice all my tech is set up ready to be launched. Seems now its time to get back on and get to Glendar to find Flint. I hop in my gaming pod after changing into comfortable clothes. I load in and notice that its very early afternoon, time to get moving.

It's interesting how the media affects people. One of the things I love about reading a story is that I'm able to generate my own image of the characters and environments guided by the author's descriptions. But thanks to Marvel, my mind can only default Loki's appearance to that of Tom Hiddleson who plays him in the MCU. Not a complaint, in many ways its actually quite nice. Just interesting.
Loki looked like a middle-aged man who had just been retrenched by the company. He was walking home with a sad face, sighing, and seemed to be having a headache about how to face his wife and children who were waiting for him to get off work.
