I have a new theory but first my old theory was that Landon's system helped his subjects learn faster. However, maybe things took so long that the gods even upped their learning capacity and rate, and put more on curiosity. The downside is that, the inhabitants evolved to fear less and and somehow amplified their greed (and stupidity). Might explain their wanting for any new weapons they witness killing their comrades.
It seems that the Holy Core might not be the only help given to them over the era.

So many prodigies.
But Landon found that even children born within these years in his Baymard could learn super fast and had already understood and finished their yearly school programs and courses by half a semester.

I can imagine the deities looking down on them in their afterlife, same with the Adonis worshippers and the other cults.
They said nothing and died feeling proud even upon Death's bed, knowing their goddess would welcome them in the heavens with open arms.

Well it doesn't mean crime will cease ro exist. If these criminals can't adapt then the ones who will grow up with it will be acustomed to it will. Lets just hope there is more incentives not to be one in the first place.

The enemies brains are skewd right now haha. One of them should have the brains to realize that if Baymard possesses such technologies then they might have developed weapons of war they don't know about. Unless they assume they be transporting allies faster which wouldn't be wrong.
Baymard was indirectly saying that before you betray or come at them, think twice.

With planes comes airports a technological infrastructure. Given the technological restriction, I think the Airports in foreign land would probably have Baymardians employees who are maybe going to train their UN allies on computers and terminals but still Baymardian property. Airports could act as a partial military base for quick reaction by air troop transport and security detail.
"Yes, yes! I've always wished I could travel from here to Carona by flight. It's just that o there at this time of year, isn't it very cold for that? What's more, it should be dangerous too, no?"

Tome froze in this very second, as Ghost's thoughts grew more and more menacing the closer the blade was to reaching its aim.

How unfortunate that we have trafficking even in today. Hertfilia is just lucky to have a country with thorough customs and surveillance to ignorant people especially the haughty-heads.
In fact, the local police stations now offered payments for news concerning traffickers.

Ah refreshing to see MC act accordingly.
Then I turned around and looked at Luna. As expected she was flustered seeing me run ahead. Afterall she was just a 14 year old brat!

Wonder what will happen? Could make for great bonus chapters or mini spinoff.
"Ladies! These dark dangerous times! All pilots must be trained in basic hand-to-hand combat and dagger-wielding skills. You must learn to defend not just yourselves but your cargo and passengers in the cases of Hostage takeovers, emergency landings in unknown jungles, and so on."

Looking down on medieval people and ancients used to be guilty pleasure of mine at least on entertainment/media. But yeah they deserve the respect.
Of course it also took time, research calculations, and many knowledgeable aspects to accomplish such a feat. It wasn't easy. The ancients back on earth had researched this matter for centuries before the ship wheel mechanisms were successful.

With the newest attraction, the MSG Sphere. That would be such a sight.
If Bilthozar had ever seen modern Las Vegas, then he would understand where Landon's inspiration came from.
