If I remember correctly Kazuma collected the residue chakra of the Kyuubi and sealed it in his son (I think)?. I guess thats where it comes from

Quite honestly I find the The Rulebook pretty unique and interesting. It gives the MC quite alot of workspace if he's smart and this is just the first page of the Rulebook.

A good read for sure with with the only thing bothering me is the lack of World description. I also really liked the Romance between Armin and Eve though wished Amos had some more Screen time.
