'Let's do this!' I cheerfully thought as this was nowhere near as difficult as hitting grimm. The thing is, hitting grimm with a sniper is much more difficult than it seems. Different sizes, different armor, and different speeds all plays into my ability to hit the grimm with a fatal shot. That is why I had different dust rounds, which I can still use somehow.

To my knowledge, the only mention of the x-gene in the MCU so far was in the last episode of Ms. Marvel where it's said that she has mutation, so it hasn't even been named yet in the MCU.
It was inactive at the moment but I knew my X gene was practically guaranteed to activate with all the enhancements I planned on giving myself.

But, didn't Roshi destroy the moon with a power level around 130? That would put Peter well above moon level, likely planetary. The power levels in Dragon Ball aren't linear, so simple math like this doesn't really apply to it.
[A/N: I made Peter's starting PL 280. I got this number by using 5-farmer standard and picked 7 as a peak non-ki-empowered human being. The peak of an Olympic Athlete weight limit is roughly a thousand pounds and I then compared it to Peter's standard 20 ton limit. That makes him 40 times stronger than an Olympic weight lifter. Thus, 7PL times 40 gives our hero a grand total of 280.]

He should be able to move much faster the speed of light, as most if not all characters that are lieutenant level and up are FTL, as seen at the end of the Soul Society arc. It doesn't really make sense to me that a vasto lorde, one that can contend with Grimmjow at that, isn't faster than light.
Maybe it was his nerve about having to face Aizen, but he pumped all of his free stat points into Dexterity. Running was good. Running faster was better. Unfortunately he couldn't outrun the speed of light. At least not yet.
