I am no master, not by a long shot, but I've made quite a few seals now, and I asked Mito about Fuinjutsu tattoos, but she said that it's something I have to figure out myself, because it needs to be unique and 'match' my chakra or something.

I don't really understand the purpose in bringing Xavier back if you make sure it isn't Xavier. I thought it was gonna a be some sorta test or trial for Jean but if you completely change the face mind and even the soul then thats just not Xavier and killing him wouldn't really serve that purpose. So Im kinda confused as towards the reason for bringing him back.

I don't understand why you would bring him back tho. He did something stupid which cause countless deaths as well as betraying the trust of essentially everyone around him, the consequences of his actions are natural and bringing him back because of few people (not even his loved ones) are attached to him doesn't make sense. If he is brought back he better at least have a punishment like removing all his authority because he obviously can't be trusted with it.

It's a mystery, it follows no logic. I can't picture how their civilization advanced to such a state if they kept killing their weak members in combat. Am I supposed to assume that all of their big brains were coincidentally born with big muscles as well? And that mysteriously they didn't hamper their growth as a culture by killing their numbers... on their own, willingly, cheerfully?

the class ranking of devils are more of just titles given when people reach certain levels of strength (or social class). Just because you give someone with the strength of a low class devil the title of high class they don't miraculously become stronger. When you reach the high class title you do gain the right to form your own peerage.
In other words, if the devils wanted to be respected, they had to become strong, but if they were okay with the status quo, then they should know who they shouldn't offend and live a quiet and peaceful life on the corner.
