The droids all got a massive overhaul and no longer needed a command station like in the first movie, along with a redesign for the B1's they now look like the BX series commando droids and are programmed with all sorts of combat styles and a self learning combat matrix with Siri's oversight, which is standard for all droid troops now even if their ground, space or air forces.
