Its effect depended on the Great One or astrocetus his real species's name but they all had in common that they stimulated living beings to mutate, exponentially so. And also creating life if certain conditions are met.

He felt like his mind was more advanced but at same time utterly alien compared to that of a human, it was like his brains were powerful quantum computers in terms of raw powers, though he didn't know that he had more than one.

'So everything is real isn't it, I did die at that party, didn't I? I was drunk but not that much. I'm thankful I forgot how I died and reincarnated here as a… whale-dolphin epileptic alien.', he thought, floating instinctively higher, the idea of his majestic body landing on the ground repulsed him, the innate pride of his species not bothering him in the slightest.

She started to realize that this mission was not just a tactical move within the criminal underworld; it was part of a larger, more intricate battle to control unseen forces that shaped their world.

While he left poor Ulysses behind who couldn't believe how fast he had lost his men and most of his wealth. He didn't even know who caused all this; he didn't even think the US had men this good.
