Another very discreet intelligence agency recorded all airwave transmissions and a certain man with an eyepatch would be watching the video a few weeks later and recognize a certain orange tabby cat. Harry hadn't thought to encrypt the transmission but that was a problem for another day.

The hulk would come out if he shot himself, sure small injures like breaking his little toe might go with unchange but he would have turned into the hulk the second he got hit with the bullet
My regeneration was so good that I could heal broken bones in a few minutes while even gunshots would take only a couple hours to disappear like they never existed. (I totally not tested that ome out)

Well, I believe New Jersey. Which is where Gotham is. Dosen't have the Death Penalty. So he can't be sentence to death like that. HE DEFINITELY DESERVES IT. But its not a thing anymore.
