Aside from the title(which is more of a joke at this point with the changes I’ve made to the story and book cover) it’s not stated that Sebastian is from our world or another world aside from the Arrowverse. The Julian who sent Sebastian on the hunt for the artifact is the same Julian from The Flash tv show, though you weren’t supposed to figure that out until later(I’m telling you now to clarify).
