A fantastic novel, both dark, gloomy and filled with tragedy, but as we follow Alexander's journey, his growth from a young man feeling lost, finding his path through every horrific experience, setback and growing into a fine man that will give his very body to protect his Vesta, no matter how close or essential they might seem. He grows from a childish boy to a mature leader. A novel that starts dark and gloomy becomes vibrant thanks to the romance, side characters and incredibly vibrant and attractive heroines that are all unique and some of my favourites to picture in my mind. The world is magnificent, it's subtle at first, but he just piles the lore, sometimes secretly, sometimes directly, as the world, which at first seemed like earth, now feels like a mystical and magical take on earth where goblins, elves, vampires exist hidden under various guises and that's not mentioning the fantastic take on his ghoul lore that mixes many existing genres but Addington authors own spin. He usually uploads daily, which considering his 5 or 6 ongoing novels, is easily a 5-star; I've seen authors post less with just 1 novel. (He also posts bonus chapters for free, not asking for gifts like this week, more than 5 chapters in a day!) Chapter 40, the first premium was expensive, but the author admitted his mistake and inability to fix it. (Even suggesting that readers use fast passes, visit the discord for a summary or act like Jack Sparrow to avoid paying too much!) I am biased, his novels are amusing, and his dark and bright novels are my go-to daily novels. Give it a try; if it's not for you, that's fine too, but you won't find better lemons in the ML section.
