what I was saying is in this story qi/mana doesn't fit because the entire book up until the first mention of qi/mana is based on science. when one adds qi/mana and changes the basis the book is written on, destroys the book that was already awesome.

Screw you man this book and Author are AMAZING. you clearly havent read a single book by them. Dont go nocking the very very very few good authors on this site.

How do you go from an amazing novel to absolute trash in one chapter. thats it one chapter was all it took to kill this book everything after that chapter is trash.

Is they're a reason every Chinese novel has Qi in it?????? I mean it cool and all but it just doesn't fit here at all. Combining science, Qi/Mana, when it'll be the same novel even without it perhaps better. Like DC Comic's Doomsday only the starting point is the Weak Human genome instead of alien. However adding Qi just makes it weird, like this mistic energy "Qi/Mana" evolved everything else but not the Humans. If you used the prehistoric earth as a reference it would have been an awesome read, like the earth regressed now we have bigger animals. What a waste of a good story.

My ho pes were so high until i read this, made it to Ch. 10 before calling it. I actually feel dumber after reading this. i mean i get it, author you dont want a OP MC but really. i mean there are so many different ways to start off this novel, doing a gradual build up for one. By doing it your way is just dumb, there is no other way to put it. Lazy writting at its finest folks.

While the book isn't a good fan fic it is an awesome novel. If your looking for a good read though they're some wierd points in the book not gonna lie still really good.
