They can what? If you are talking about transcendence, I know they can. I just do not know how they would go about it. Summy might have an advantage with his Aspect Legacy but the rest is unclear.

I think they will also find a way to transcend as well. Otherwise their corrupted selves make no sense. I do not think corrupted creatures can increase their rank, only their class. If I am right, this means that they will emerge as sovereigns after conquering the nightmare. I am not sure though, as that may accelerate the story too much.
