Oh yes, such cowardice to not throw himself into a battle Royale when he knows large groups of people supppsedly stronger than him have a grudge against him specifically and would use this opportunity to end him. Not to mention as an archer this kind of fight leaves him at a huge disadvantage with the number of enemies he would have to contend with and limited space to move and avoid opponents.
Other members of Steel Armor Gang were also somewhat disgusted by Han Sen. Those who were able to enter the core of Steel Armor Gang were either military school students or recently enlisted soldiers. They certainly despised such cowardice.

No, it doesn't force loyalty it allows you to punish disloyalty. One person willing to die for their cause could join under false pretenses, learn everything including the names of all the members, and then pass that information before Ray could punish them. One bad invite and your entire group is compromised within the day.
When he came back from his trip, he could call a meeting between all of the Red wing members and grant them permission to invite others. At the end of the day, it didn't matter if Ray knew them or not. The contract would force them to be loyal.

He didn't lie. He needs to get stronger, and he absolutely can steal ki, nowhere in this did he say he needed to go outside the walls to steal ki.

I don't think so. His father is a swordsman, so that's what he taught his son to be but if another fighting style is more suitable then I don't think he would have any issues. As an adventurer if you're not using your best skills to the utmost you're just asking for death

As the players were observing what the two transformed lesser fenrirs would do, they did not notice that they disappear from their location. The two lesser fenrirs suddenly arrived at the location that they are guarding. Adrian got blasted away by a flash of light while the others got blasted by a dark wave.

This entire explanation of what a land diety is could be cut out. I know it is world building but a random info dump without it being relevant to the story is jarring.
Although not all Land Deities decide to become gods as some become attached to the world or land, they are revered in and stay there for the rest of their lives. Not all Land Deities have the words like 'Sacred' to identify them as others would have 'Enlightened' or 'Exalted' as an identifier.
