if you want to write about romance, I suggest you start it slow, maybe on how they met and how day by day they started to develop feelings for each other or you could use the "fall in love in first sight" but the female lead or male lead is not interested on him/her/them, but they are stubborn and try making the female or male lead to fall in love with them and there are two ways to progress, one is that the male or female lead falls in love with the MC and they lived happily together or you could do the opposite like, they MC give up on persuading the male or female lead but they didn't know that the female or male lead is already fall In love with them but being the "cool" or "tsundere" type, they didn't admit and as the result they're the ones who ended up persuade the MC to fall back in love with them, either you can make them a happy ending or you could do angst, hope that helps!
