that's the only way the economics could work otherwise someone will only need to sell Breakevenvolume = licencecost/.94/50m to be able to start undercutting then the degree of undercut increases the volume needed so unless the license cost is huge it won't work and at a minimum the Friday coalition and other interested parties will need to buy a copy so the FC will have no incentive not to crash the market price to hurt ves

selling the praying version of the sanctuary for an overpriced amount won't work if anyone else is able to buy a design licensed then undercut dramatically unless you can disallow license sales then only allow direct or agreed sales to keep prices high or if the MTA set the license cost very high which would feel a bit cheaty
