yes, if you have a ranged spell that can work while holding a weapon it is better to start with the spell and let the golem close the distance. Then try melee. rather then running towards the golem and try to cast a spell while closer to an aggressive target. I said duo first verse because that would not take much power and at the same time be powerful enough to gauge resistance (and as far as I have understood it zeight and melee resistance goes up at around the same time). so instead of only gauging the melee you can actually do both at the same interval of time. by not running and casting instead. letting the golem do the legwork. running and casting would be the best option, but maybe out of MC's reach. However MC's choice is easily explained since he has put a lot more effort into melee combat than strategic spellcasting and battle tactics. and in his 2nd combat falling back to what he has trained the most (swordfighting for several years) is natural.

if he didn't want to do it he would (and should) have left the machete somewhere before opening the door. if he would have hit someone with it, it would have premeditated assault/murder. and let's face it, someone cheating is horrible, but reflects more on the person(s) cheating then the one left out.

Before he realized it, he had drawn out his old machete as he roared in pure rage towards the two people inside his bedroom. His roar guttural that held a myriad of emotions.

just to deepen the scale, Jupiter is between 70000km and 145000km (approx. numbers)around. difference is because of high spin speed so it is longer around equator than other measures.( one spin is just around 10hours)

wow simply does not cover it. three times the speed of sound is a bit more than 1km a second. that means that a day of travel is more than 86 400(number of seconds in 24hours) km a day. the earth is around 40000 km in circumference. the distance to the next city will then be at least 4-5 times the distance compared to a full circle around earth. I would think that it is either "magic", some wierd flat plane(not a planet) or undercommunicated problems with gravity. I hope the author didn't just draw some number out of a hat and actually researched this ( took me 5 mins).

yes that is always the most logical scoring/ranking system. I can see it happening every time "let's have a system with 6 grades based on the alphabet." "perfect A is the best and F is the worst" "why" "because.... A is a beautiful letter?" "ok" (a few days/weeks later) "oh no this A-class is a magnitude stronger than that A-class" "lets call the new class S, for special because this is very special" (a few days/weeks later) "oh no this S-class is a magnitude stronger than that S-class" " lets call them SS for super special" "what does the other letters stand for?" "....the alphabet?" "why didn't we start at J?" "... because this is a special case" (a few days/weeks later) "oh no it happened again, this SS class bis a magnitude stronger than that SS class. don't tell me this is seriously super special, SSS. mumbles, seriously super stupid, it is not even AA, or AAA."
