I know this is late, but I'm rereading the book, and wanted to point out that dragonslaying weapons are only powerful against those with draconian bloodlines. outside of that there just normal weapons, mabey even slightly worse than a normal one. on top of that, the reason they can be basically massed produced is because the base materials of the weapons are cheap, and its only when it's enchanted with the dragon slaying rune/blessing is it able to be dangerous against dragons. because of that, when using one you don't need any requirements to activate it outside of some mana needed to activate it.

well, in vampire lore, not only do you have different breeds of vampires, but bloodline purity and age are also a factor in strength and power. for Colin, he'd be termed as a newborn, with little to no control on his powers, albeit that as a newborn his only abilities would be increased strength, speed, regeneration and hearing. as he grows older he'd slowly gain new abilities and strengthen those he already has. that's why at this point it is safer for him to travel in a group than alone.

the first set of 1000 snake meat he took back, of it 20 were sold. he put up 2 sets of 100 beef, all of which were sold. he then put up 300 snake meat, all of which was bought. he originally had 1400 beef and 1600 snake meat. 1400-200=1400. 1600-320=1280.

liches that can raise other undead, including high tier undead like them. bone dragons and deaths knights, which are perfect for slaughtering enemies in physical fights. vampires that can mostly blend in with humanity and creat blood slaves to gather info. don't forget bone dragon liches, which can dominate both the front and back of the battlefield. and this is just the tip of the iceberg known as undead.
