I wouldn’t create too many serums or add any more powers to the Mc. I would try to destroy the negatives of the vampirism. If you add any of those OP Serums or anything like that it will ruin the mood of twilight. And the MC can already grow his advantages without all the tinkering.
(a/n: comment some other serum/improvements the mc could make, I don't remember a lot of them. It doesn't matter what fiction it's from, I'll look into any suggestion and go from there.)

I think it would be pretty broken to summon being from Tesura. They would be able to use Ultimate skills and work on a complete different system than danmachi. It would be pretty hard to write as well. Why sont you let him summon beings from the tower. Like goblins an such. You can make improvements to the skill, so he can summon beings from other floors. Summoned beings need to obey commands. That would solve many problems.
