What make a great Fable a great Fable is the fact that his shares are shared between multiple persons, basically, it has multiple owners. The last great Fable he obtained, the Climax, is probably much stronger in its entirety, so with all shares, than a myth grade fable, it's just that those who have these have themselves lots of others fables (great or not). But it's not absolute since there's difference even between fables of the same grade

Yes, for their believers, Hades wasn't so important unlike Anubis but if we take the divine hierarchy in consideration, the first is still on top of his own contrary to the latter. So the author probably just considered their place in their pantheon according to the myths and not their recognition by the mortals. And since the twos don't have believers currently (maybe one or two but it would be an outlier), nowadays, most people who knows Greek Mythology (and I think they're more numerous than those who knows the Egyptian one, even if I can be wrong but, if it's the case, with the nature of the Star Stream, this further help Greek gods) know them more according to their place in the myths than how the original believers saw them. After all, even for the gods, it's how much their history is known and not the number of worshiper that matters, meaning how people see them today win by sheer number, even if most people know them less than the ancient greeks for example (and anyone who's a little interested in the subject and search on internet can learn more than the average person from this era). Otherwise, Eden would be the number one by far seeing the three abrahamic religions have the same gods, angels, etc..., just different texts
