I mean hiruzen is currently in his prime and oldman hiruzen had people saying he was the strongest kage while onoki and the fourth raikage were alive so that’s something in my opinion prime hiruzen is at 3rd raikage level if not stronger cause we saw what his reanimated form could do (boxing with amped zetsu, keeping up with hashirama tobirama and minato while fighting and so on and so forth) and his prime is vastly superior to that
With the 70% strength of Tobirama he didn't fear anyone in a one on one battle anymore, whether it's Onoki, Third Raikage or Third Hokage.

Can you make it so that he only supplies armor and not actual weapons cause if the US gets access to energy weapons they might start world war 3 and besides the fact that criminals everywhere will get access to these amazing weapons because it’s not like stark mesiles that no one can get all you need is a military personnel going rogue and now every street thug has a plasma gun + Another useful business avenue is ways to transport things so like new designs for ships that can move any type of product across the world and offer some benefits like keeping the products in top condition

I nod once more as I leave. Arriving on the island I cant help but be amazed, of course inwardly, because I cant seem to show emotion outwardly. About a day later of exploring this Island, I swear it has the makings of the best vacation spot in the galaxy. I can only think of is 'Kashyyyk' the home of the woolies from 'Star Wars'. As of right bow dense unpopulated jungle with a crystal clear beach, complemented with the white sands and that 'Today's gonna be a good day' breeze. This is definitely gonna be the hangout spot.
