I've read the LN and it's amazing but this is also fantastic. I recommend checking both out. These scans do a great job for letting people get into this fantastic story, but if you catch up it doesn't harm to check our translations for the LN

It's a pretty good read overall so far and since it's been explicitly stated that it's a long slow burn of a story I am prepared for much more. Its a genuinely fun read with a dumbass MC. My only complaint is the timing of sidestory stuff, it really takes you out of the moment especially since it mostly happens before a climax and I kindly request the author to stop that placement before it becomes anymore of a detriment to the story as is. Other than that if you set your expectations accordingly it's a fun read with quite a few likeable characters in the cast.
