So what's the point of the poems on the graves? Why do they think they'll meet each other in the after life or beyond, if they don't believe "in such things" ?

Did reincarnation really exist? He didn't believe such things, because that kind of belief was not something common in this continent, as the majority of them didn't practice magic and were not really spiritual.

Why did she lock the door? I mean I get it privacy, but without a way to get her attention it kinda seems redundant. :/

Iris got her own room, which was not really big, but it was clean and nice. When she was pondering about dinner and considering approaching Redmond or Ethan about it, someone knocked on the door. After three times of repeating this, he finally remembered the person inside would not be able to hear him. He was about to enter, but unfortunately, it was locked.

Did he actually or did she pick up this knowledge by herself? Because I'm pretty sure it's the latter.

Thankfully, even though her father was twisted, he provided her with the best education and Iris was a quick learner. She could actually understand the Andel language and two other languages in this realm.

You had ONE JOB!!!!!

The elders wouldn't allow him to take her out of pack territory after what happened with Marius. Although Marius was alive and locked up (unfortunately Graeme didn't kill him when he had the chance), they still required that August come before them for a hearing if she did wake. When she did wake. Graeme suspected they were hoping he would reconsider taking up his place in the pack with a Luna by his side. It would make them all stronger.
