Maybe do a Jack the Ripper blue card? I don’t know how much that would be like Jeff but I think it would be cool if there was an ability like the one from Record of Ragnarok where he was savoring the emotions of the people he killed. I’m also thinking something along the lines of a werewolf like from the game “the quarry” it’s a bit different from a traditional werewolf and would allow for infections to spread which I think would be cool and would have an increased strength type of thing under a full moon. In the game the werewolf just bursts the skin off the human so instead of the black fog that would be the way that Noah transforms and would give him an alibi for why he does what he does.
N/A: Here is the author, give me ideas if you want, maybe if I like an idea I will put it in the fanfic, although it has to be a character that can fit into the category of blue cards, such as murderers or beings with strength comparable to murderers superhuman, but not at such crazy levels as to destroy buildings, characters that break walls, concrete, metal, steel, something like that, but don't exaggerate XD

If we’re going the swordsman route then I would go with a slashing skill that improves the more he slashes (you can replace slash with any type of attack from a sword) like in the world after the fall. I also think things like sword dances would be cool (overgeared) or maybe sword skills like in SAO. Going the magic route I would do the basic spells but they get progressively more absurd in how much damage they do and mana cost is. Like a fireball at level 99/99 evolves into hellfire ball that is basically just an insane nuke. I would also go for enchantment magic like from fairy tale.
Also I'm still waiting for some skill recommendations from you guys which hopefully I'll get some when my fic has more chapters.

It’s basically when you have a character that just completes or ends a story because of how strong or overpowered they are. Makes it so there is not more plot just a piece to a end.

Ehh, just a bit.
There were bodies on the ground, with blood everywhere, a scene that used to make the young man tremble before but his eyes only had indifference towards the scene now. Because it has become a common sight for him as he had seen more corpses of people than he could count. He has been through battlefields where rivers of blood flowed with corpses piled up forming mountains. So something isn't worth mulling over.

I think the ability is all about efficiency. Morality would be inefficient since it would cause extra steps to be implemented.
However, there's a catch— this ability doesn't have the ability to discern between right and wrong. So, if I were to ask my ability how to fuck my mother, the ability will suggest me to buy a sleeping pill, give it to my mother and then fuck her, which is bad.
