and was blind. and didn't start learning combat techniques. or start strengthening himself at all. until like a month ago? according to the timeline. does anyone remember this at all. dude was isolated. couldn't read or write. or fight. lived without adult supervision. and had to rely on an AI and strangers pity in order to do anything.... kid knows absolutely nothing.

so. the head of the guild works for a creep who wants mcs sister. in a previous chapter creep said he didn't have to care of mc himself. then we hire a b rank. tell him he's replacing someone 'worse' than him. then make the group talk about how awesome he was all the time. suddenly call for an outing where mc will be. decide to make things a big deal in front of new dude. (who has also been seduced by daughter chick)... smells like conspiracy or plot armor

He thought that his teammates would soon forget about that guy once they saw what a B ranked warrior could do but to his surprise, they all talked about him all the time, it didn't matter if they were inside a dungeon or at the guild, they'll always talk about him. Chris had thought he'll impress everyone else by showing off his skills inside the dungeon but no matter what he did, he was always compared to Arnold, which infuriated him even more. He was still lost in his thoughts when he heard something that triggered him.
