It’s a bit complicated. In the past centuries, it’s just that they were not interested in the mainland at all and just gathering some natural ressources from time to time. In the last few decades however they have established a trading relationship with a worldly power and they are gradually increasing their involvement with the Shinobi World affairs to some extent. I’ll cover this in the future but one of the main reasons is to find and retrieve the Gedo Mazo that has been stolen when Madara summoned it.
Whilst some methods were the private intellectual property of some warriors and their disciples, many Kekkei Genkai level and a few Kekkei Tōta level chakra releases were available in the Ōtsutsuki clan.

Toneri is eleven currently. Hinata is about seven. This story is AU, in many ways. But every changes will make sense in time. Actually I didn’t even watch The Last 🤣 I know it’s bold of me to write on it like that but I couldn’t be bothered. Kinda yeah. But the curriculum is the biggest culprit. Quite frankly, it didn’t even make sense to have such a stupid curriculum in the canon. In four to five years, they could have taught tree walking, nature transformation, medical chakra basics, some genjutsu… Especially as they are at war once or twice a generation.
It is surprisingly easy.. he thought, satisfied. Konoha genins were trash. About four to five years in the academy, such a long curriculum of emptiness and time wasted. Compared to Sakura that barely did decent at age twelve, he did better at the tender age of four.

Because I used the Six Path era term for the types of techniques that were created when the Sage and his Sons gave chakra to mankind. Kenjutsu is much older than ninshu or genshu. Whilst those terms were gradually replaced with ninjutsu etc on the mainland with time, they were not on the moon that has been isolated for a long time.
"Fuinshu is the art of the seals, to handle various needs. You have already encountered one a week ago in the shrine of the blood." Revealed Hantaro. "Similarly, a very good chakra control and a sharp mind are required. Kenjutsu is the art of handling swords and blades, an ancestral discipline of the world that has always made fighters a lethal force and pairs well with the Shikotsumyaku. Botanics is not really a warrior art, but rather the knowledge of the various fruits vegetable materials that makes poisons and panaceas, and how to cultivate them. Lastly, Medicals arts is the discipline that covers how to heal the human body. Of course this is just a generic and simplistic presentation."

No. He’s a hybrid with 1/7th of his DNA coming from Kaguya, and 6/7th being human. What makes some get all 5 affinities in the canon is things like Rinnegan. And not having an affinity doesn’t mean that he can’t use fire or wind release. Just that the practicing his own affinities he has twice the results with half the effort.

He does, kinda. But in my story ninshu/ninjutsu isn’t that easy. Hand signs are only what you see, but there’s a specific way to circulate, manipulate the chakra internally that is recorded on the forbidden seal that Haru has no access too. He can try to guess recreate it by guess/error, but for the time being his time is tight and he doesn’t want to waste it on something so hazardous at this point, focusing on his chakra growth, taishu and his other plans. Maybe he will try after the interclass competition tho.

Ninshu and Taishu are compulsory because they are the most fundamental aspects of a warrior, so they are still your priority. And secondly, whilst the compulsory courses classes are divided by year and family grade, optional courses aren't. Meaning that you may be mixed with older aspirant warriors and people from the branch family."

Man this is so good I wish I could contribute to the SG fanfic internet library but I’m already writing on Naruto. You are the mastermind here, but I could guess that you intend on taking the civilisation building trope. Which is honestly the best. From the other similar fic I have read, there’s a few pitfalls and advices to be aware of imo. • When you create original ships, try to not openly take inspiration of foreign Sci if verse such as Star Wars. It’s of bad taste really. • Try to not make the MC the master of a slave/robot empire. The way I see it, it’s much more satisfying to see the main character leading others to build something as a community rather than just the MC merely creating soulless nanites alone in aboard his orbital ship. • Try to not render things too easy for the MC, like going to Atlantis hoarding all top tier tech right off the bat. it reeks of plot armour when authors do this. Thank you so much for your time, I’ll leave a 5-star review when your fic gets to 10 chap

He won’t become Kage. His involvement with ninja villages will be actually quite minimal. I know the clan seems a bit too strong compared to cannon powers at the moment. But don’t worry, I care a lot about balance and realism so don’t worry everything will be alright.
