Isse Hyoudou the so called "Red Dragon emperor" a slimey, perverted kid that should have been put in jail for his behaviour. Natsu, Naruto dosent really matter their mentality and behavior is pretty much the same. only thing that differ is that Naruto is pranks while Natsu is just destruction by fire.
