From far above in the sky, a meteor shaped like a burning demon skull, enveloped in dark fire started descending toward the barrier of the garrison. The roaring of the meteor seemed like the cry of the skull and it crashed into the barrier.

This probably has something to do with helping other people reach Legendary status by giving them his items(the wording mainly leads me to think this) . Partially revealed because of him crafting three beings currently on the Path of Legends (Al, Python, and The Tree)
In the end, the booklet was no great help for him. There were no paths that interested him, that he could easily unlock, and the one path he had partially unlocked and really interested him, "Blacksmith of Legends", was not in the booklet.
