By right, I wrote the first 11 chapters (This is technically the start of Arc 1), as a way to introduce everyone at a nice and steady pace. Entering into action and Shinto's class already being reset leaves a bad taste to me as it'd make the plot of his reset feel shallow. At least this way, the depictions of his goals, the core lore behind said class and etc are laid out as a foundation where all of it will be explored down the line.
