it's not outright stated but if you actually check out the comic books that acts that Superman tanked in the Justice League movie would have cut Superman in the comic books in half depending on the one because it's a magic weapon so yeah just by that alone it tells that Superman has a higher durability not to mention the time he fought he was bleeding I don't think he bled at all during his fight with Zod and the amount of Steel movie

apparently there's such a thing as squatters rights I don't know the full b******* of it but apparently if you live in a house for a certain amount of time without the owners knowing you can claim it as your own
