I was afraid people would find Kenji boring at first haha. And, yeah, in some aspects, he may not be an in-your-face character like I'm used to writing. Though, the main plot of this novel is Kenji's transformation and self discovery, so hopefully my readers are willing to stick around to see his development.

An absolutely beautiful story! Incredibly well written with lovable characters and an intriguing plot. I have not yet finished reading this, but I plan on doing so in between school and exams. The visuals and flow of the story simply can't be outmatched. I truly believe this belongs on the shelf of a bookstore despite not being fully caught up on the chapters. I look forward to reading more and diving further into the world the author has built. Love it!

First impression— the relationship between Kalani and Whistle is absolutely adorable. I think I've fallen in love with these characters already, not to mention the beautiful writing style!

Very gripping with an intriguing protagonist. I love interesting female leads and the protagonist of this novel does not disappoint. Great writing quality as well!
