I don't know anything about Final Fantasy, and I had only read/seen a few things on the internet because I thought the design was beautiful. That said, Einlion, as always, is doing a good job presenting and explaining the universe for laypeople like myself to understand and enjoy. The story, as far as I've read, is very interesting, engaging and enjoyable. It only has 9 chapters so far, and it's on Ein's Patreon (subscribe and give him a thumbs up).
