There is no rule on where u should start. You can go by release order, go by your favourite character or events. There should be Reddit posts explaining these things in detail.
I have read the comics a very long time ago so I remember quite a lot of characters and their plots. The things I forget, I search for their info and usually it's there. The wiki is not always 100% accurate so cannot blindly trust it. If you want to make a story then I would say watch videos on the character origin and match with wiki to be double sure.

Uru is a pure metal that can channel magic, not just the stones but even in case of "Heart of the Universe" uru can theoretically be used as a holder. Alongside, Dargonite metal.

I mean I am using most of the elements from comics and barely anything from the MCU. In the comic, Uru was used to make sure that every stone can be utilised to its full capability since it is a magical metal that can channel magical energy and infinity stones are basically a living magical being broke into stones. Tech cannot be used to compensate for that unless it's millions of years into the future. And sorcerers are needed to add additional runes so that the stones don't go even in case it meets the final piece, the ego stone. Which it definitely will if the stones ever meet the ego stone.
Ye... but do you remember how many times they could use the stones using that gauntlet?
