you can make him a god like being in his universe but no power. or no 3 o's. and make him develop life in there. ofcourse you need to also introduce sprit qi or maybe many other types or energy. and even each planet can develop in its own way. and from observing them in future he can gain both knowledge and enlightenment form it. like you can make one world that has only warriors and others mages and other like earth. can even introduce technology in future. also make it so that more he advance more energy( more like primemodal energy his universe can access form maybe like void) and he is able to get like a certain percentage of the total energy as his reserve. technically infinite energy. more the life develop more he has life force. stronger the beings in his universe stronger he is in all aspects such as soul, mind, body, qi etc. even his comprehensive and talents improve. in a sense you can do anything you want with a universe to improve both his strength and story. in end even make this a true universe in void and make a new story form this universe .👍
