I got 3 ideas. 1. Since izuku is kinda anti-hero and has a similar experience as Toga, why not make Izuku convince Toga to be good during the camp ark. 2. Make it so other classmates get a system/monarch since I kinda hated how basically, in the original, only Sun was a good one. 3. Let Izuku be able to give others a system, but without shadow monarch.
