Bruh all these people and the making the main character feel enormous amounts of guilt over protecting those they love is stupid. It’s one thing if it wasn’t in defense of yourself. But to feel guilt over protecting those you care about from certain death. Utter lunacy, especially when the mc made the choice to protect them no matter what.
