Just a piece of advice, try to make your paragraphs a little smaller so they are more digestible. Its easier for the readers wnd looks more organized.
James parked on the right beside the van that goons took. Afterward, they both got out of the car. Dexter took in the view of a small warehouse with a triangular roof as they entered through a regular door beside the large entrance. The inside was like any other warehouse and had a staircase on the far left that led up to an office room. Dexter couldn't see any other people inside and looked towards James, who signaled him to come towards the office. He followed him up the stairs and arrived in a relatively small room compared to the size of the place. The room simply had a fridge, desk, chair, and nothing else.

In terms of mental age, Kill is older than Koushirou, but Koushirou had bren practicing the sword eay longer. His first life he didnt really deal with the sword, he mainly did that in his second life, which was why Koushirou was able to push him back as much as he did.

And, Koushirou didn’t beat kill in swordsmanship. Kill could have beat Koushirou but it was a ‘spar’ the goal wasnt to beat Koushirou but to ‘learn’. Also, he didnt want to destroy the dojo.

Word of advice, if someone new is speaking or a different idea is introduced, make a new paragraph for the dialogue and action.
Loud cries filled the room as new life was born into the world well not necessarily new as samuel had just reincarnated "nurse show me my baby" said a the blonde haired who is presumably samuel's mother the nurse a bit hesitant still compiled and handed samuel over
