here's another who had almost died multiple times. The new Shadow Monarch from Solo Leveling. read the manhwa or the novel and now there's an anime on it too. the Shadow monarch is essentially death, so maybe our mc here is the chosen master of death, just a thought.

Actually the Uzumaki branched off from the Senju clan about 800 to 900 years ago I think. Any way they share blood, case in point the Uzumaki healing factor and the fact that Ashura reincarnated as Naruto and not just die out like the Senju clan.
Finding enough buyable land inside Konoha that could house over 100 Uzumaki was no easy feat. Or that was at least what Akane expected to be the case, but there was actually the perfect piece of land for the Uzumaki clan. The abandoned Senju clan compound.

Worst case scenario, Yuna would just have to kidnap her "against her will". Like this, Ino wouldn't betray Konoha and could still be together with Naruto. Although it would be slightly troublesome to find an explanation as to why Ino could occasionally escape her kidnappers for a few weeks and spent some time with her parents, just to be kidnapped again after a few weeks. Yuna, however, had the confidence to bullshit her way through something like that.
