if you just have the avaritia installed then its quite grinding, but any expert modpack enjoyer considers it pocket change, take project infinite (an in development mod pack, if you want to check it out lashmak just finished the a series on it.) it is on the low and of insanity all tings considered (but thats relative) you need hundreds of milions of all ingots in the mod pack just to progress and I mean all the ingots are required to meke infinite ingot 1 why the 1 you may ask because you need to process it 12 more times in increasing more complex steps that most of the time require 2 of the previous tier of ingots to progres, and you need like 1000 infinite 12 to get to the end game and if you find that complex and resource intensive dont even get me started on gregteck mod packs end game its pure insanity, the only mad lad that does that shit for fun that i know and genuinely finished the mod pack is AverageGregTechPlayer and this guy does it for fun and mutiple times e is genuinely insane. tldt: those are rookie numbers.
However, crafting it was incredibly troublesome. It required over 500,000 diamonds, along with countless other rare materials. A player who could grind this out purely in Survival Mode could only be hailed as the emperor of all grinders; it was a choice between keeping your life or staying in the mineshaft.

fun fact, if it does that it means you are not using the correct wound disinfectant, why you may ask, because that's hidrogen peroxide that should not go in a open wound because it destroys your soft tissue and make your wound worse than before, that pain you feel its your nerves melting, just use it if you don't have another option, the correct use of it is to disinfect anything that is not a open wound and remove blood and smells from clothes. that's one of main reasons you don't se medically trained personel use it or recomend it anymore, unless you're trying to remove blood stains, clean clothes or have a small amount of it in toothpaste.
