E/d note: Thanks for all the support, guys! This chapter is more of a filler chapter in the lines of a slice of life genre. No major plot events occur here, just some daily life updates for Luke and setting the scene for the next few chapters. The original MTL chapter 10 was absolutely horrid. Too many bloody one-dimensional flirting and one-sided crushes for the MC by his café employees AND PEPPER POTTS OF ALL PEOPLE?!?!?!?!?! Yeah, hell no. I'll just have some normal interactions to have a normal slice of life chapter please thank you. Honestly you could skip this chapter and not miss much. Also in this chapter, I made my first attempt at doing person descriptions, and I have to say, might not be for me xD Not sure if I'll continue doing it for future chapters but we'll see how it's received by you guys.

In the very next moment after Luke had given the command, he had found himself lying down on a new bed, staring up into an unfamiliar ceiling. As if answering his confusion, a swarm of memories and experiences began rushing towards him, assimilating into his very existence. 'Huh, this feels, oddly weird. It feels as though these memories and experiences has been with me the whole time, just waiting to be unlocked. But at the same time, experiencing this for the first time feels, well weird.' Taking a moment to gather his thoughts, Luke continued, 'It seems the system has sent me to the very moment I started the diary with – The aftermath of our win against Kang and the TVA. Conveniently enough, I seem to also have the memories and experiences of the events that I wrote down of in the second entry. Oh god, I'm not going to turn into a hero like Batman or Spider-man, am I? F*ck! 'With great Power, comes great Responsibilities' my ass! Power is Power! . . . Well shit. If I had known about this, I would've written about something else.'

Concluding his experiments, Luke was overall satisfied with his ability upgrade. Afterwards, Luke went to lie down on his bed and closed his eyes, mentally preparing himself for what was to come next.

Editor's general note: The next chapter will focus more on Wanda and building her relationship through the content in the diary! But wow! What a chapter and my longest one yet! This took me a long time to edit and is basically almost 70% different from the original chapter 5 of the MTL, and I can only hope that it's for the better! If you like this version, then don't you think that I maybe deserve some cookies :D? This Takodachi needs his daily dose of WAH!

Editor's note 1: In the MTL and many other copy paste 'translator' versions (I '…' translator because let's face it, all these people are just copy pasting the MTL with minor and infrequent edits here and there), I see many comparisons about S.H.I.E.L.D and something called SPEAR (???). I found out that SPEAR is actually like a Chinese version of SHIELD in Earth-616. Huh, you learn something new every day. Anyways, since this whole setting is in the MCU, it felt weird to have that sudden out-of-pocket comparison between SHIELD and SPEAR and also the whole MC being a part of SPEAR. So, I just removed it entirely and added my own two cents of how I think this scene in particular should have played out. Like I mean there was a long ass saga in the original MTL about how it would be hard to find Luke and blah blah Chinese idioms and blah blah. Hope I at least made it bearable for the general audience out there! And if I have, maybe can I get some cookies! This Takodachi needs his daily dose of WAH!

'My lovely wife, Wanda.' Reading this part again and again was Wanda Maximoff, apparent wife of Luke from a parallel universe. 'It can't have been a coincidence, could it? My lovely wife, Wanda. And the baby's name?! Pietro?! What does he mean in honour and memory of the one we lost? It can't be, right? Pietro wouldn't leave me behind! Just what happened in that universe?!' Reading the contents of the diary overwhelmed Wanda. Many questions were raised, with no answers. Was she the wife of the owner of this diary? What happened to Pietro? And why did she have the foreboding feeling that something bad would happen? Even though Wanda had always hoped to have a loving family, with cute and well-behaved children of her own, she was only sixteen years of age at the current moment. She was still too young to be thinking of marriage and having children of her own. With renewed curiosity, Wanda resumed reading the diary entry.
