aren't we going to get another chapter today? I thought it was supposed to be 3 chapters on the weekends.

I knew he would have the same ability to upgrade the settlement once he got the title of King.

I'm thinking since he's now king he should be able to upgrade the whole settlement the way he did for the tenths castle.
