this is how the tyranids came into existence (a Warhammer 40k reference)

Ves had just come up with the most brilliant or the stupidest idea ever since he entered the Red Ocean.

read the first 50 chapters and let me warn you if you came expecting something like Release That Witch or Enlightened Empire, you will be sorely and utterly let down. . this story is more like the emo try hard version of them both, with an unnecessary amount of plot holes. . like where did he get all that gunpowder from if it wasn't so widely used, or where does the manpower to make so many tools come from as a small barony with a pop of 20k can hardly have 10 blacksmiths. The MC is also an asshole and through trying very hard to emulate a German feels more like a character from a Wuxia or xianxia novel. on one hand he shows how good to the people he is. . on the other hand massacres innocent conscripts. at first he just wants to bring agricultural and industrial reforms but after just one battle he wants to be the emperor.the side characters are less like people and more like set pieces that are used to explain whatever absurd shit the MC pulls out of his ass. . establishing a spy network in a matter of weeks or an fully functional industry or a priest to bend to his will or a general to lead his forces and such characters fall into the MC's lap whenever he goes on a stroll. the author's unhealthy obsession for meat made him forget that not even nobles could afford meat every day in the 1400s. not unless an agricultural revolution took place. just by walking around the MC solves all problems. the so called Nobel Intrigue that the writer so pathetically fails at is even worst. if a Baron has a mine a percentage of it automatically belongs to his Lord as taxes which in this case would be the count. but the writer forgets or neglects that part of the noble ladder. The Baron is a Nobel because the count lets him be one. and dumpling to top this shit cake is his plot by/against his teenage brother. you do not get family executed just because they tried to plot against you. . the worst outcome that can happen is exile. if every time a nobleman had to kill one of his sons because he tried to plot against his siblings there would be no nobles left. if the MC was even a bit more edgy he would be a dodecahedron. the only thing this novel does is dropping names of some obscure German things and some firearms. final verdict: read if you like Edgelord MC but are tierd of Wuxia or xianxia novels. . because it is essentially the same shit cooked in a different way. . this novels takes the worst writing methods of Chinese , Japanise, Korean and European writing style and character development to produce the quantum shitcake. where is MC is edgy with absurdly thick plot armor, luck that is worldbreaking, and the ability to produce and invent stuff out of his ass.

Protagonist's luck?

He was testing Gunther's knowledge of his craft; after all, Berengar had no use for fools who did what they were told because that was the tradition. He needed thinkers, men who could grasp ahold of new technologies and implement them on his behalf. Defying all odds, the first farmer he came across was such a man.

does nobody give a damn about the 7000 Greeks?

After arriving at her room, Berengar opened the door and walked the girl to her bed, where he picked her up and tucked her in. For a second, he forgot how frail his body was and struggled dearly to accomplish the deed. After tucking the girl into her bed where she was comfortable, Berengar began to spin the tale of Leonidas and the three hundred Spartans who had protected Greece from a Persian Invasion at Thermopolaye Pass.

did he just called the vandal pilots dumb? 🤣🤣

Although the exact mechanisms were a bit difficult to explain in full, the simplified analogy was enough for even the slowest Vandals to comprehend the actual effect of the Deceptor Project.
