My thought was half-Lycan (werewolf). If the father were a vampire, why would Lysander care if he were resurrected? An ancient Lycan on the other hand…. Lycans and vamps typically hate each other. But we’ll have to see what Jasmine has in mind.

That was my thought too. Half-Lycan. Vamps and Lycan are typically adversarial. Could also be half-vamp but… We’ll see.

If Rhain was able to recognize Slaine so easily, why did they ever need Roy in the first place? I mean I can see Rhain wanting to save Roy from limbo but Lysander seemed to indicate that only Roy would recognize Skain due to his disguise. Huh!? Confused.

Because he had to let her into his heart and all that it means. Does he turn her? Does he watch her age and die? Facing the danger it comes with. Whereas being her husband can just be part of the chase, he could still stay detached. Letting her be his wife, removes the detachment.

I agree. She likely will go if it would save Rhain. But did Lysander figure out she’s the vessel? If so, how? If he did, this is likely how she will find out about that since Rhain never revealed that part to her yet. Unfortunately… But in any case, here comes the climax. Slaine is likely the person they needed Rhain’s brother Roy to find (due to his disguise). I remember it being said only Roy would recognize the person they are after. That’s my guess anyway. We’ll see.
