Best way in a normal world with people who think about their actions would be to use his status as an Awakened to contact the adoptive parents and inform them of his intent. Whether or not they would want the biological son to get in contact with their daughter, who might not even remember being adopted, would be up to them. To know that her probability of getting the Nightmare Spell is higher and having someone who wants to, for free, aid their daughter before her first Nightmare could be seen as boon enough to welcome the opportunity and supervise their interactions. But that’s just my opinion.

Since the Bible God has its own faction the MC refers to them in a way that emphasizes that he isn’t a believer/follower.
