A bit of a popular misconception. Suffering doesn't make you stronger, overcoming the suffering makes you stronger.

Although communism sounds good on paper ,the problem with it is that it centralizes power. We all know how it goes after people get too much power. But the biggest problem is the abolishment of a free market system and istead a government system which eventually allows nepotism to rear its ugly head. The government would have to be authoritarian to keep everything under control, and the outcome of the system would depend on the person who is in control. Capitalism is better in the sense that it allows for a free market system, and it spreads power out so the person in charge can't do what they want because there is due process. Capitalism is by no means perfect, but it's the best we currently have.

That is what all those communists started with and then what, they just ended up with good ole communism. The problem with socialism is it puts to much power in the governments hands and then you just need one moster maskerading as a good guy to come into power and then your country is screwed it happened multiple times in history so that is largely why the two are considered mutually exclusive.

I like how this is framed, it doesn't feel like it is forced into the story to show support or to virtue signal it just fits with the story.

I have to defend part of my generation, it is simple in gen Z we are either really normal(productive in society) or really really bad no hope even if psychologists got involved there is no in-between.

I agree on almost all your points the fact is we have to learn from these problems and start being better and stronger families. I also have to state that the current school systems are forgive the word crap (my country literally bought a failed school system). We have to start encouraging creativity in the young (me saying this when I'm barely over 20) and start to fix the culture where the parents barely spend time with the kids as a parents influence is probably the most important thing to a childs development, as with everything in this world we have to have a balance and currently it's not looking great on the whole spectrum

I have to add this a friend of my mothers decided to homeschool her children, she set school hours and got classes in anything she needed. She also got all off them into sport in the nearby school but the two boys showed more of a affinity with engineering and robotics and took to doing that while the girl is probably one of the best tennis players in her age group currently in our country so I believe the turned out pretty well. The thing about homeschooling I have observed is that if done properly it is a hundred times better than normal schools

You also have to think in poverty standards while as slaves they have food and a roof over their heads butif they were just freed they would be out on the streets. Im not trying to justify this abhorrent practice but to truly understand people's choices and thought process you to take in every perspective
