Hey, thank you so much for your support! Honestly, from writing Brockwing Vale, I learned that I struggle to write long stories and have taken myself back to Wattpad. You'll find a lot of my other work there. I've considered trying again on here with an idea I'd been playing with- It's based on a level 100 master miner who had his advanced space barge shot out from under him, and now he has to operate a level 1 barge with hilarious consequences. Without money, he must grind exp and upgrade the hard way and not die trying. This might have been easy if he didn't have a bounty on his head. Anyway, let me know what you think of the idea.

That's understandable; there is a lot to take in. Jake's realm (Brockwing Vale) is under attack by everyone wishing to stake a claim; some were friends, and others, strangers. And this subplot, among many others, will continue throughout the story. Like I said, there are a lot of moving parts to the story, with a complex plot that spans multiple realms, so if there's anything specific you don't understand, I'll do my best to explain it. I agree; the Feldspar Academy exam that lets students design their world how they see fit is not fully understood by the students at the beginning. The magic is so complex that it seems to take your writing on board but tends to fill in any gaps with what we assume are thoughts, but again, there's so much more to this process that is explored in a lot more detail throughout the later chapters. Without giving away spoilers... I wanted the reader to think that, haha. There will be many big betrayals, and let's say the villains in the story aren't so cut and dry. There is so much more to their backstories that is explored later on.
Adding insult to injury, Anya landed gingerly on the monster's back. And it was at this moment when I realised; she did this. She was manipulating the realms, and all of this suffering was of her making. A few seconds later, she was gone.

This is an exam because the Grand Council of Earth needed a way to solve the 'Earth is dying issue,' and what better way to solve this than using magic to create new worlds. Sure, they could have undertaken the expensive venture of colonising new planets, but for the Grand Council, magic was the cheaper option. I hope this helps, any other questions, just let me know.

I've not seen that one, sadly. In my story, Earth is overpopulated and dying, so at Feldspar Academy, students sit an exam that lets them create a world for their family and friends to live out the rest of their lives. I know I would love the opportunity to sit an exam like this, but like in any exam, mistakes can be made.

For anyone wondering about the origins of Avrae's name, like most of the magic in this story, it's derived from Latin. Where 'ae' was often added to certain words. So in this case, his name is pronounced Av-ray. Just a little fun fact for you guys.
