Growth The Nanotech Creature can grow in size very quickly after absorbing any type of refuse or oil. It could then use its size in an attempt to smother targets. Projectile gobs In a a video game adaptation of the series, the Nanotech Creature was able to fling small gobs of its mass as projectile weapons. Weaknesses In its Unadapted form, the Nanotech Creature does not like water and smaller tentacles could be shot off with over 2,000 bolts of electricity. In its Aquatic form, the creature still had a weakness to electricity fired from stun weapons. In its Powered-Up form, the creature's tentacles could easily be cut off by Godzilla's claws and parts of the creature could be blasted off by Godzilla's atomic breath. The Nanotech Creature can be petrified when infected with a computer virus, after which it can be easily destroyed. (The image below is how it looks like after growing a lot. Its basically nanotech slime so the shape and looks are easily changable. With the tech that he already learned from the ststem, he will be able to properly program it so it doesn’t become an international disaster)

Also pretty sure Mechagodzilla earth might be the strongest version, or maybe the most busted technologically speaking. I recommend watching Mechagodzilla vs Godzilla earth to see some of the things it can do. Also legendary mechaGodzilla’s breath beam was able to match and surpass legendary Godzilla’s own atomic breath. Legendary Godzilla’s atomic breath was able to literally go straight through the earth’s crust and into hollow earth in the movie. So theoretically, legendary Mechagodzilla can probably destroy moons, maybe planets too, by shooting a the beam striaght into the planet’s core. Can it destroy the core like that? Not sure, might be too small. Is it potent and powerful enough to reach said core? For sure, 90% certain that it would reach there. Here is an image of mechagodzilla earth

Mechagodzilla, all versions of it are made by humans and are quite powerful depending on the version. At minimum they are for sure above city level threat. Possibly minimum level being country with nuclear bombs maybe having hope of damaging them. But that depends on how you view it and interpret.
