Just so love this and can't help to comment down.

I think I am just lacking self-validation that's why I am being too cruel to myself and the people around me. Because on the second thought, at the end of the day it was I who know when was the moment I feel so much happiness, a moment when I felt something new and intricate. Even the moment that tore me apart, makes me sad and disappointed- it was me who could figure it out and all I need is to validate it and accept that I feel it too. That I am someone who could feel those things too.
